Booklet Rescue at sea : SAR Operations and Disembarkation (2018-2019 & 2019-2020)
This Booklet on Sea Rescue is the result of the work of the student-clinicians of the Master of International and European Law of the 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 promotions, carried out as part of their clinical partnership. We would like to thank students Sophie BLEVIN, Quentin MEUX, Sara ESTRELLA DIAZ, Alicia SOUQUET and Adrien CHOUIKHA from the 2018-2019 class as well as Marie BOUCHER and Justine GUILLEMOT from the 2019-2020 class for their contribution.
This Booklet on Sea Rescue contains a detailed analysis of the legal regime on sea rescue, a subject already covered in The State’s obligations relating to rescue at sea. It addresses specific questions to which the actors involved on sea rescue have had to answer.
